Properties we have funded include residential investments, HMO’s, residential conversions, new builds/developments, offices, office conversions, industrial properties, barn conversions, steadings, farm buildings, holiday lets, castles and listed buildings.

We can lend up to a maximum of 80% Loan to Value (LTV) for residential property and 65% maximum LTV for commercial property. Loans can be arranged for a maximum of 12 months.
