Loans are secured against residential property, commercial property or land by a 1st or 2nd charge. We specialise in funding complex projects and focus on the value of the asset rather than borrower covenants. Properties we have funded include residential investments, HMO’s, residential conversions, new builds/developments, offices, office conversions, industrial properties, barn conversions, steadings, farm buildings, holiday lets, castles and listed buildings.
We can lend up to a maximum of 80% Loan to Value (LTV) for residential property and 65% maximum LTV for commercial property. Loans can be arranged for a maximum of 12 months.
